Hi all!
What impact do you think EU HTA Regulation will have on the vaccines assessement? The Regulation primarily focuses on medicines and medical devices, however it does not specifically exclude vaccines. This indicates that vaccines will be included in the JCAs starting from 2030 onwards. Currently, HTA assessments for vaccines are not universally required across all EU countries.

And also there are NITAGs, which are involved in the vaccines assessement in some countries. I wonder if and to what extend NITAGs will be involved in the JCA process.
