Do you have experience with the use of a QoL assessment tool other than EQ-5D in the NICE submission? The NICE preferred measure is EQ-5D, although it may not be appropriate for some conditions, e.g., mental health problems, hearing disorders, or visual impairments. In this case, does NICE accept other, more disease-specific QoL assessment tools? How does it look in practice? Is this an important issue that may influence the NICE decision?
